Join us for Tuesday lunch break yoga or Thursday morning yoga throughout October. Wheter you are self-employed using STPLN’s awesome facilities, working nearby or even just living close to this amazing space, you are welcome at our new yoga initiative.
Classes will be one hour long, Tuesdays at 11.30-12.30 and Thursdays 7.30-8.30. Style is hatha yoga with the breath as a focal point. Guided in English by RYT500 Dittemaria Søndergaard from Breathing Break Yoga.
Do not hestitate to join in if you are new to yoga, nor if you are an experienced practitioner. All postures can be adjusted or even replaced if necessary. Yoga is for everybody. Flexibility, strength and endurance is not required, but are benefits that will grow, and be acquired, the more you practice.
In one hour, you will be guided through the yogic way of breathing, the physical postures (asanas) and a deep relaxation (savasana) followed up by a breathing exercise (pranayama) or a meditation.
As an introduction offer we will provide mats* and yoga for just SEK 100. You are also welcome to bring your own mat. No need to sign up – just drop in.
*We have twelve mats available.
During morning classes the doors will open at 7.15 and closed at 7.30 as the class begins. During the lunch break class STPLN is open for all.
