Lunch Talks N° 17: Emelie Carlén

Lunch Talks are easy going free talks open to the public organized by STPLN on everything from bikes to art to coding to politics. Bring your own lunch, sit down, listen and have a chat. We’ll serve coffee and sodas. 

Emelie Carlén is the current artist-in-residence at The Center Of Multisensory Art at STPLN. Based in Copenhagen, Emelie mainly works with an investigation of how modes of representation come to affect experience and identity. Her installations, largely consisting of sculptures and mixed media, has had its central core in examining desi­res and its relation to objects and experiences, cultural structures and behaviours.
