Learn to master your breath and adapt to the cold!

During this workshop we explore the scientifically based Wim Hof Method. The Wim Hof ethod is characterized by simplicity, applicability and a strong scientific basis. A practical, Western way to achieve more happiness, health and strength. If you don't know Wim Hof check out for example this documentary:

The techniques, including cold training and breathing exercises, not only ensure that you can gain more influence on your body and mind but it can also help you better deal with stress and improve your ability to concentrate.

You will learn how to master your breathing, mindset and cold adaptation techniques to improve focus, reduce stress, enhance mental and physical performance and increase cold tolerance.

We are going to go through the theory, explain the mindset, practice the breathing and do a few physical exercises. We will finish the workshop off with bathing in icy water.

Your teacher will be Rémon de Muijnck, a certified instructor of the Wim Hof (Iceman) Method who is coming to Malmö from Netherlands just to hold this workshop! He has been holding the iceman workshops since 2015. Whenever possible he won't miss a chance to take a dip in any lake, pond, sea or ocean.
