Creative Meditation Evenings

Creative meditation is a gentle but powerful technique that uses the imagination to improve both emotional and physical health. This technique encodes positive, healing, motivating messages - through simple images, sensations, symbols and metaphors received in a state of deep relaxation.

These events will be conducted by Karina Minda, clinical psychologist and psychotherapist licensed by the College of Psychologist from Romania. Her approach is based on Transpersonal Psychotherapy, and the primary objective of her work is to help people be aware of who they are, start their journey to freedom and take responsibility for their own life.
