Welcome to learn together with practitioners from the Art of Hosting Community and beyond, and welcome others who work with participatory leadership, multi-stakeholder facilitation, and more. We are happy to welcome Tim Merry's Scandinavian tour in this open event. He is a steward of the Art of Hosting meaningful conversations community, and has worked over 20 years with complex change processes tapping into the needs of the communities intended to be served. ::Who::
On the 14th of October we’re inviting you all to a practitioners gathering to learn from each other in a spirit of open inquiry in Malmö, primarily for practitioners of Art of Hosting meaningful conversations in Scandinavia, and extend the invite to others who are interested in participatory leadership and multi-stakeholder facilitation. The AoH is an international community of work that has served hundreds of communities, governments and companies in their strategic work through a body of knowledge and a set of shared practices centred around dialogic processes to tackle intractable problems in order to move forward together. You can find out more about the Art of Hosting here www.artofhosting.org/what-is-aoh/
Since 2009 there have been regular Art of hosting-trainings in Sweden, for some years SALAR, the Swedish Association of Local authorities and Regions has invited civil servants and others to trainings. People and organisations have embraced the approach and invites regular trainings and gatherings

We hope that people will join us from all over Sweden, and expect to have some international participants as well.

::Why::
We will gather around the question "How can we learn and develop together as a community of practitioners?"

::What::
This is a peer-learning event although Tim will start the day with a session on Shared Work and how that applies to us as a community of practitioners (here more about Tim). We are structuring the agenda to leave ample time to peer-learning and common inquiry on topics that are relevant to our work. We hope to attract a few international participants also from our neighbouring countries. Event will be held in English.

::Where::
We are grateful to host you in Malmö, a bee-hive buzzing with ideas of social entrepreneurship, innovation, sustainable development. Our venue is STPLN, a co-working space where a lot of these ideas are discussed and addressed.

::How much is it?::
We are running the event simply covering the costs of logistics: catering, venue, Tim's stay in Malmö. If there is any extra it will be put in a shared pot for local events for the benefit of the community of practitioners.
Hence: Standard price is 500 SEK (approx 50 EUR)
*Shared economy is a donation-based amount: get in touch with us if you can pay less than 500SEK but really want to be with us, or donate a bit more than the regular price to make it easier for someone else to attend.
